Listed above you will see what week of meals are being served. Each week the meals change to create variety for you. We found that eating healthy is easier when there is variety each week.

Each week our healthy home cooked meals are made fresh and delivered to you.  The quantity of each meal you receive will depend upon which meal plan is ordered. These quantities can be found in our FAQ section as well as in the product description section of each meal plan.
