Listed below you will see what week of meals are being served. Meals rotate each week in order to maintain a variety of meals. We found that eating healthy is easier when there is variety available each week. 

Each week our healthy home cooked meals are made fresh and available for delivery or local pick up.  The quantity of each meal you receive will depend upon which meal plan you select. Our meal plans can be found under the “Order Here” tab above. These quantities can also be found in our FAQ section as well as in the product description section of our meal plans.
